At IPH, we are proud that the Joint Venture made of Rovella-Carranza, Green S.A. and Alquimac, is willing to rely on the quality and technology of our products to become the suppliers in the project of building the International Racetrack to be located between the city of Villa Mercedes and the urban complex La Ribera.

The racetrack, to be called Parque “la Pedrera”, demanded the purchase, during September, of 103.704 meters of an IPH galvanized steel wire rope. With the field engineering applied to the specific operation of this project, we developed a wire rope with a high breaking load and high absorption capacity of the energy from probable impacts, in order to meet the safety standards that are required by the international automobile federation (FIA) thus the track may be eligible to host F1 competitions.

The steel wire rope developed has 11 mm in diameter with a 7x7 construction and a steel core specifically made to meet the project´s requirements. The race track, when completed, will have 3800 meters long and a track width of 30 meters.

Once again our cutting edge technology is applied to a high scale project with international standards demands.
